Based in France and Italy, Mineral Expertise specializes in marble and minerals for the purpose of high-end architectural, interior design or furniture projects.

Thanks to an original vertically integrated strategy of all marble-related works, from the quarry to the completed project; together with a unique wealth of experience, Mineral Expertise is the leading company in this sector and provides an unrivalled interface for the management of both architectural and interior design projects.

We take care of every step, from the sourcing of stones in quarries to manufacturing in our own factories and installation by our dedicated teams on site. We also have an extensive experience with complex projects involving structural minerals – such as freestanding stairs or vaults -, or realizing bespoke furniture.

With innovation at the heart of its philosophy and strategy, Mineral Expertise develops and applies high-end innovative processes and techniques that allow architects to overcome the traditional limitations associated with mineral products.

Mineral Expertise is broadening its scope and operations through the incorporation of France Granito SAS, the leading French company in Terrazzo with three decades of undisputed savoir faire and experience in this traditional mineral process.

With over 20 years of experience in sourcing, our team of experts bring in their in-depth knowledge of quarries and minerals around the world to provide you with materials of the highest quality.

DESIGN+STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS

Our design office acts as an interface for the design and realization of your projects. Mastering state-of-the-art technology, we offer services such as 3D surveys, 2D/3D boutique drawings, BIM (Revit), parametric design (Rhino + Grasshopper), renderings and digital dry lays.

We have an extensive experience with creating complex 3D structures, such as bespoke furniture, staircases, vaults and structural works.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

With a dedicated team of three engineers, our in-house research laboratory is central to our commitment to innovation. We focus on developing and utilizing advanced innovative technologies that challenge mineral standards and broaden the possibilities of its applications (Eco-Mineral-Glass® and Eco-Mineral-Process® are currently under patent review).

FABRICATION
The Laboratorio Aldo Pesetti is our Italian branch located in Pietrasanta, at the foot of the Carrara mountains. With over 70 years of experience, our factory specializes in high-end marble manufacturing, combining unique craftmanship passed down through generations with the latest machine technology. Our division dedicated to lightweight stone enables us to produce extremely sophisticated and/or complex works while meeting the highest standards of quality.

This wholly-owned factory enables us to manage every step of the production in-house, thereby optimizing costs, especially with a highly efficient unit dedicated to marble on honeycomb panels.

TERRAZZO SPECIALIST WITH FRANCE GRANITO

Mineral Expertise is continuously broadening its scope of activities through the acquisition of France Granito SAS, the leading French company working in Granito and Terrazzo. With over 30 years of unrivalled savoir faire and expertise in this traditional mineral process, France Granito brings unparalleled knowledge and experience to our company.
Marble terrazzo can be used in a wide range of applications, including countertops, bar furniture, poured floors, staircases, heated floors, stone façades, basins, wall coverings, guardrails, etc.
Our creations in Granito-Terrazzo are all made to measure and offer an infinite variety of colours and particle sizes. Marble terrazzo is versatile in all applications, bringing in durability, quality, aesthetics, and a wide range of colours to your interior and exterior architectural projects.

LOGISTICS & ON SITE INSTALLATION
The team of in-house installers from Mineral Expertise Portugal enable us to manage logistics and installation with enhanced efficiency and responsiveness.
