Mineral Expertise worked on the building of the avant-garde architecture of the Maybourne Riviera, which emerges from the rocky and wild coasts of the Roquebrune-Cap-Martin peninsula.
The new ultra-luxurious five-star hotel which opened its doors in spring 2022 consists of three buildings developed at the top of the cliff, about 80 meters above the ground, overlooking Monaco. The Maybourne Riviera houses 69 rooms including 29 luxury suites with large bay windows, balconies and terraces with spectacular sea views and even private infinity pools.
Mineral Expertise was in charge of the cladding of the cliff as well as the marble honeycomb cladding on facades, but also of the swimming pools, bathrooms and the gourmet restaurant run by the internationally renowned chef Mauro Colagreco.
