AMPILLY

The Ampilly stone is a traditional limestone from Burgundy, beige to very light yellow, ramaged, medium-grained, with small asperities that bleach in the air. With its warm shades with honey reflections, the Ampilly takes a special shine when exploited in its «antique» finishing. It has been used for works such as the Cathedral of Troyes, the American Monument in Epinal, the National Library in Paris, the Charles de Gaulle Airport, the Gréty Residence in Brussels, the pavings of Notre Dame, Austerlitz, Invalides and Alma in Paris.

The limestone being a natural product, these samples are average which are liable to vary. We will always endeavor to maintain consistency, at least as close as possible, but resemblance cannot be guaranteed.
